solo220 wrote@maulader there are two indicators that your psu starting to fail is that your monitors and router are not affected and changing the UPS didn't solve the problem.
I've considered this being my PSU, however when I changed my UPS, the flickering sounds that my UPS made "almost" stopped and so did my problem with the shutdown. It's only occurring now when the electricity is very bad. The only reason I'm still doubting my UPS is because it was used and only swapped out the battery [batteries could be dying as well, tho not sure on that].

for a side note you should take into consideration that any regulator/survolteur will have a side effect of increasing your AMPERE consumption which is a problem especially with ishtirak.
Is there any way/formula to calculate the difference needed for the regulation? I've considered this and upped to 10amps on ishtirak, but am now using my air conditioner and i'm very thin on full load I believe.
Considering your comments and my experience with this problem, I'm guessing my priority approach should be regulator => UPS => PSU
For the regulator, I have someone that can purchase + install it for me.
But I do need help with picking the UPS, doses anyone know any good UPS stores/company with a showroom? as i'd prefer to do this in person so i can describe my full issue.
As for the PSU, I'll postpone this as I'm planning to rebuild my PC in a few month anyway, at least I get to test the other solutions first.
