amkahal wroteJust to tell you that TRT1 and TRT Sport are FTA on Turksat 42E, and they broadcast all matches.
amkahal wroteMy choice is TRT sport on turksat 42E, 11096H 30000
it's encrypted with Biss but will open on most receivers.

Does it Work With Dish Size 1m ?
it works on 60 cm dish, it has a very strong signal.
For some reason turksat doesn't work for me. It's not in the list of predefined satellites so I have to manually add it. My receiver asks for sat longitude, LNB type, frequency1 , frequency 2(if a specific type of LNB is chosen), LNB power, 22K and DiSEqC. I tried searching for the info above but couldn't find them online. Can anyone check their receivers for them.

Unless you have a motorized setup, you will have to manually point the dish at the satellite---it is nowhere near where you would point at nilesat, arabsat, or even hotbird. Once you have it pointed there, then do a blind search and you should be able to pick up the channels. Turksat is at 42E.

Man, Create a new satellite with Universal LNB type, and don't touch other parameters, then add the transponder 11096 H 30000 and try to point your dish to 170 degree, which is to the south, slightly east. and for elevation it's about 50 degree.
