My PC speakers started to stop working since 3 weeks.
Everytime I turn my PC on, after 5 minutes the speakers stop working, I tried re-installing the old driver and also installing a new driver nothing worked.
But I found out after installing the new driver I can get the speakers back to work when they stop with many methods:
- Disable/enable speakers.
- Test speakers
- Disable all enhancements + apply. (and also uncheck disable all enhancements + apply)
- If I'm playing some music I can just pause the music then play and it works (BUT it ONLY works if the music media player is the only process emitting sound, like If I'm playing a game while listening to music, the sound won't come back with this method).
But no matter what the sound will come back for a good 5 minutes then it's off.
It's obvious that the speakers will only work if they are completely put to "rest", but they will just stop working again.
