Is there a way to get Payeer MasterCard to Lebanon?

I got one last week, I must say, it's slightly costly, but it's a great card. You need to include a ZIP code while shipping so it can get to your PO box safely. It does take about a month though.
I funded it with 320$ and they took about 40$ from it without me noticing for the card payments (it's about 40$ a year)

I had withdrawn 250$ from an ATM and it took at extra 3.5$. I am actually happy of those rates because some of my customers can only pay via Credit Card and they do offer that option. Even though I would prefer using Skrill but it isn't card compatible in Lebanon yet.

Where i must have a POBOX? cause they don't ship to USA or To Lebanon? if there's a way to have POBOX outside Lebanon that support the country list that Payeer Company ship to it?
You can buy a PO Box for about a year for 100,000L.L I think from LibanPost. They do ship to Lebanon, but we have unconsistant addresses to which, it will get by someone else's hands thinking it's a real and loaded credit card.

You can simply input the PO Box number to the shipping information and they will ignore all forms of address.
Man I contact the support and they said they don't ship to US nd Lebanon
I think before about the US pobox that libanpost support and i explain for them about the service .. they receive and they will forword it to Lebanon but they also said they don't ship to USA
I'm thinking to use skybox.net when you open account they give you US nd EU address they give me UK address I don't know if EU it's sticky in the UK or randomly anyone have an advice before I apply nd process it?
I don't see why you're going through all that hassle, just get a PO Box from Liban Post and let it transfer, or contact a friend that has a PO box and send it to them.

Shipping it to another country will be definitely illegal, it's like opening a bank account under another country's currency laws.
