Later as a Revenge LAU website was hacked by Anonymous - LEB with their message:
Human poverty are results of your sick minds and social decisions.....
NO matter HOW IT's said, EQUALITY should apply to us all EQUALLY!!!
One of the biggest educational university that teaches ethics and morals and equality!!! Seems that they need someone to teach them equality!! (WWW.LAU.EDU.LB) IS DOWN

true, anyone can DDoS, but doesn't matter much really cause they got the message all the same.
The mail is disgraceful indeed. Anyway what do you expect from such a society anymore ?

As for the AnonymousLeb, they're obviously not the real Anonymous or have the same skills. But the idea of Anonymous is that anyone can be a part of it, so...
The thing is this has always been happening in all universities. The only difference is that here they made it public and the clueless people learned about it. I attended the AUB graduation this year and all the parents which were important public figures had a differently colored invitation card( different from the usual blue one) and were seated differently. However there was no outrage in AUB because they didn't publicly announce it, I had to do a lot of snooping around to notice it myself.

This is just one of these phenomenons on social media where it trends for a couple of days then dies out. Next year they'll learn and just do it secretly.
This is not only mean, cruel and wrong (see how much LAU cares about their students), I'ts also stupid and puerile: how many of these people will take the invitation? They probably don't care, especially since it's such an impersonal invitation. And what's a VIP ticket anyway.
It's patheric and cheap.
I remember this happening at my school when I graduated back in 2008. All the "important" people get front row seats for the graduation ceremony. This country is pathetic really.
Anonymous' tagline makes me cringe everytime I read it. That's how you know it was started by a bunch of teenage script-kiddies that are really busy guessing passwords when they're not playing video games and jacking off.
I think the signature "Cheers" clearly shows that this was not sent officially.
Doesn't surprise me one bit. There is no hope for this country.
