They like talking about it, but in truth, it does seem that internet service has deteriorated since then. It could be that more people have shifted to the 'legal' internet, or it could be that this illegal internet was the backbone of much of the legal internet, or better yet, it is just a scapegoat because they saw deteriorating service in the sector.
People like talking a lot in this country--they just don't do much about it.

It's always been the same, why would they reveal internet issues just right now, pure political wars, "you bring up my file, I bring up yours".

If I understand correctly, a lot of ISPs were using illegal internet sources for http and hiding it behind their cache servers. They were only using legal internet for https and other direct protocols.
The real scandal is that Ogero knew about it in the past but ignored it. When everything went wide open, they had no choice but to shut down illegal activity.
Why did Ogero ignore this in the past? It is simple. They didn't want to overload themselves.
When illegal internet stopped, all traffic truely now passed through Ogero. This led to an increase in Ogero's load and pings everywhere increased.
Does it make sense now?
