So I couldn't decide if I should get a Moto 360 or not.
I always loved big nice looking watches, I own a perfect clone of Panerai 46mm, when I saw the Moto 360 with a friend I really liked its design (46mm and rounded). But there are things let's say technical things that discourage me to buy the Moto 360:
-Lifetime is limited by the battery lifetime meaning max 2 years, I asked many people in Lebanon and all said they don't know any shop that replaces the battery
-Useless? I saw many reviews on youtube saying the only real advantage of the Moto 360 is that it will show notifications, which is pretty useless when you can access your phone any second later
-The leather band torn out after some months and only very few models can fit it (aliexpress 2 months wait)
-Price, though I will go for a used one (but even used it's pretty expensive in Lebanon)
-You can't use it when doing gym due to the gym gloves
-Battery is limited if using always ON screen
The things I like:
-Design
-Music control
-You can change the face

All smartwatches have the limitations you listed. A smartwatch is primarily a tool for someone who does not, or cannot, access his phone at all times of the day. During meetings or extended working sessions, it's a blessing to glance at your wrist and just know what's up without unlocking and launching into the app to read/reply. Personally, I love my watch and I will never go back to a regular watch. Depends on your needs though.

Don't buy it.
In my opinion, the mobile phone is enough, i mean are we going to wear tech clothes too? tech hats tech boots tech underwear...
Sometimes i think, we're getting watched, everytime i look at my front camera, it feels so close.
Nothing beats a classic black banded watch.
I don't know if this is the kind of answer you were expecting, but that's still an answer.

I am thinkin of Getting the Samsung Gear S2 - Classic along with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. What do you think of the S2 buddy. Looks like a serious watch in the hand with the leather.
