Your ideal solution would be the X-Delight A&B acrylic glue shown here in the pic below:
Advantages:
- low cost (5,000L.L)
- highly durable even under heat (can withhold up to 150 degrees Celsius, I know that because I used it to fix a crack in a steam sterilizer valve... it's still working for over a year now) and water resistant
but only after it dries out for over 20min
- can literally stick to any surface but polypropylene (PP) plastic (well it sticks but you can pry it out after it dries, which is why I use a PP container when I mix it); I once used it to fixate two stainless steel trays on top of each other: not only did it work but it can hold up to 300kg without breaking off
- can be wiped off but only up to 5min of application
Disadvantages:
- has one of the worst smells you'll ever encounter but good thing is it lasts up till 20min of application; after that it hardens into plastic and won't smell again (well, if you stick your nose in it and take a good wiff then you'll definitely smell it but it won't be as pungent as when applied)
- can't be removed after 5min of application (it would still be gooey at this point and can be mostly wiped off but the base of contact will still hold some residue)
- location of purchase: Ein El-Hilwi.... which is why I order it in bulk from a friend who lives there
PS: My friend actually used it to fix a couple of crack on his car and it seemed to work really well for him
Ever since I used it, I haven't touched Altico or a silicon glue gun
