Is any of you guys facing an "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" every now and then on random websites with Connect? (those same websites open at the same time from my 3G connection)
I have tried from different computers, different routers and different modems so flushing DNS is not the issue. For me, it is certain that the issue is on their end and their support, while they try to help as much as they can, insists the issue can be resolved by"Flushing DNS" (which is laughable).
It's obviously an issue with their DNS server. Anyone else facing similar issues? (Support is insisting I'm the only one having issues so yea, I need more voices to show them)

Wireless services are unstable.
Did you try using ip addresses instead of domain names?
out of curiosity, where is it that you're using connect?

Other websites are opening which means it's not a connectivity issue. I would have this issue with a single website for about 5 minutes.
(Just had it with stackoverflow)
I am using Connect both at home in Metn as well as in my office in Naher el Mot ; full signal at both places.
Yes, IPs do open - I have only tested this once with a service I own. The message clearly indicates it's a DNS error. This can usually be on my end or theirs but since different networks (home vs office) and different devices (phone vs computer vs many other computers) are having this same issue, it leaves it at their DNS being problematic.

It is possible to use a 3rd party DNS service such as google's DNS? (8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8)
It may slow down resolving some addresses since the lookup won't be local but no other side effects.

I've been having the same problem recently, couple of websites would suddenly stop working for a period of time and then all of a sudden everything would go back to normal. I emailed the support and by the time they contacted me back the problem was already solved. But this thing has been happening every couple of day and its quite annoying.

Try what hussam suggested if you have access to the router.
Use private domain name system like opendns.

Yup, I have moved to OpenDNS (on my computer) and it works very well. It's a Connect issue and them saying "no one else has reported this issue" is making me feel like they don't know what they're doing. Thanks @Ruroken for your confirmation =)

Since 3 weeks, my ping to all euro servers got really worse and my speed got halved, I contacted them many times they kept insisting it's a problem from my end , they even sent people to try to "fix" it. It was a really good and stable connection before... Only yesterday they admitted it's a problem from their end and they will try to fix it soon...

Xazarian, same here. I think this all started with the illegal internet issue. I get much lower speeds than before, day and night.

I stopped using connect and switched to my local cable provider. They provide a very bad product for a very expensive price
At the end of the day their performancr is the same as the cable internet.
