Flakk wroteYou can send it to khoury home and tell them you want the price before repairing it, I did that with a TV once. They called me to tell me it costs 50$ so I told them okay i accept and a few days later i got a call to come pick it up. I guess it should work that way with your phillips.
Make you sure you tell the customer service that you want a price first before repairing it.
Also If you want I can take a look at the unit and see if i can repair it, i used to work as a technician.
Heyo, thank you so much for the tip. It turns out a friend of mine used to do that as well, so I'm just going to wait for him to be free and take a look at it. If he doesn't succeed in this epic quest i'll let you know!
