Say you own a shop, its yours, so that would exclude rent.
What would each and everyone of you personally think of doing with that shop as a business start?
like simply, what would you do, what kind of shop would you open?
I would be happy to hear all of your ideas.
In all honesty, you have to evaluate the advantages of passive income (ie, sitting on your ass collecting rent, royalties, etc) vs going through the trouble and expense of equipping and operating a store. If you want to open a bakery for example, you have to factor in the cost of getting a new oven, refrigerators, and other equipment and figure out how you can make your money back selling 1k and 2k manaeesh and pay your employees.
Depending on where you are, you can maybe make enough income to scrape by if you sale high volume/low $$ stuff found in the small mom and pop store where you can get candy, cigarettes, sodas, water, bread etc. There isn't much profit there however unless you can specialize a bit by bringing in some unique stuff, maybe from the US or Europe, and those will be the things you live on.
Now mind you, the business climate in this country is not conducive to most kinds of business ventures. You can choose to rent out the store for a few years until conditions improve and then try your luck. That would be the way I lean at this time.
