Yes I have. Being located in the Zahrani area, I've been hearing about it alot. Also, I saw their bus in Saida a couple of times recently, so I'm guessing they offer shuttle service like they do at BAU and RHU(?)
I still can't wrap my head around how it's a non-profit institution and still offer a course at 195$ per credit (granted it's cheaper than most universities, but the real question is how is the quality of education there). Also, are there any known professors there who not only teach there but are still teaching elsewhere or have a previous track record of teaching at another university?
I'm still gathering information from local residents within the area and from people who know relatives who have enrolled in the university.
Anyway, if you're interested they do have a
website.
