Has anyone else tried this? I successfully overclocked mine yesterday by flashing its BIOS with new values. You use tools like GPUZ and KBT.
It's much more efficient than using normal overclocking tools, but also much more risky (you can brick your GPU).

I had some help with that when I used to have a GTX 670 from a guy at overclock.net, he tweaked the voltage using kepler bios tweaker and the boost clock cause i was having problems with overclocking he sent me the tweaked .rom file and flashed it with Nvflash. The card wasn't that good for more overclocking.

Ah, that's a shame. But if you know what you are doing and are careful, you can get much more out of your card than you otherwise would have from EVGA or MSI, for example.
It's a very useful utility.
