  • Utorrent not working on android phone

Hi everyone

I have recently downloaded utorrent for Android on my LG g2. However I am not being able to download any torrent yet since they all remain stuck at 0% with a "calculating" status. This problem is only happening on my Android phone as I am being able to download the same torrents on my laptop and desktop knowing that all three devices are connected to the same modem.

I would thus appreciate your help to resolve this problem.

Do you know if there is a way to remove the flud status bar icon while the torrent is seeding?

The reason the app does that is that the Android System might kill off the app if it doesn't have an icon, which stops the seeding. Works the same way as most download managers.

Only way to do that is to stop the seeding yourself.

it is very annoying. i wish there was a way to get rid of it...
I don't recommend seeding on a phone, anyway. That's just a battery killer.
