ironman wroteHey guys,
I got 2 wireless routers at home, one from Ogero (ZTE) acting as a (modem + Wifi) and a DDWRT-Buffalo router acting as a main Wifi, both routers are connected via cable (mainly close to each others)
after troubleshooting, it appeared that the 4 ports on the Ogero modem are dead (No idea why, suddenly happened)
Do you think, that if i buy a new Modem and i have the LNumber and password.... etc, would i still need the intervention of Ogero? or it would work automatically?
Thank you.
I think once you have a new router it is a matter of putting your username and password (I have IDM and this applies).
I don't see the harm in trying this .. buy a new router and connect it to another plug .. turn off your old router and configure the new one (most new routers are very user friendly) .. if this works then great .. if not, take it to ogero and use the old one till the new one is ready (but you will be locked out of it permanently)
