Though the DDR4 8GB module at 55$ is a single module and not 2x4gb
the DDR4 modules will cause some trouble since a set of 16gb gaming modules are about 250$+
my purchase order will be MOB -> CPU -> Ram -> VGA leaving the graphics card till the end until the release of a newer family/technology
Like vegetaleb said, you don't need 16GB, 8 gigs are enough for any game. And there's no 'gaming' modules, the cheapest heatsink-less modules would do just as well as a 'gaming' module with 200mm fins for 'heavy overclocking' and 'better performance in games'.
Hmm well with that said the i5 and the 8gb modules will save me about 200-250$ to use on the VGA, PSU and case pcndparts posted a complete system with the new items around 2135$, as for the i7 processor the processor does not include a fan:
Skylake 4.00 GHz - i7-6700K 8M/LGA1151 $379.00 (fan not included) p4-h9sk
so I don't find that as a smart move any good fan will cost around 50-80$
