You're also spending way too much on the memory for negligible effects. I would forgo the cooler, buy cheaper memory, and spend the leftover money on a better GPU and bigger monitor.
Are you sure everything is compatible?

Yes I intend to overclock my CPU, And thanks for the tip for the HDD.
For the memory, you're right, I'll just go for 16gb. And for the Monitor I don't think I need a bigger one since I will already be using two monitors( I have one at home ).

Edit: And for the better GPU I don't think getting a better one for about 300$ extra money for only about 15% extra performance is a good idea.
