I am planning to build a new gaming rig, basically I want these specs:

Intel Haswell 4.0GHz Quad Core - i7-4790K 8M/LGA1150
Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model HX324C11SRK2/16
MSI Z97A GAMING 7 (DDR3)
ThermalTake CA-1B3-00M1WN-00 Versa H22 mid-tower w/Window
Thermaltake PS-TPD-1000MPCG ToughPower Gold 1000W PSU
2TB ST2000DM001 7200RPM SATA III 64MB Seagate
512GB SSD Samsung
MSI GTX 980Ti 6GD5 V1 GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB DDR5
LG 24MP56HQ Wide 23.8" LED IPS Full HD
Razer RZ03-01220100-R3M1 Blackwidow Chroma RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Chroma lighting)
Razer RZ04-01250100-R3M1 Kraken 7.1 Chroma USB Gaming Headset (Chroma lighting)
Razer RZ01-01230100-R3A1 Naga Epic Chroma Wireless Laser MMO Gaming Mouse.

Any recommendations to my built ? Thanks in advance
And I want to ask how much would this rig cost me and where should I get it from ?
I don't get it. You pick the parts from pcandparts and then ask us to calculate how much do they cost in total? Seriously? Talk about being lazy

980ti is an way too much for 1080P, and so is the CPU, especially u are not going to overclock it, which looks like u are not.
Razer is crap, go for corsair or steelseries
totally agree with haidcar .. if you get 980ti atleast get 144hz monitor (if not a 4k one) a 970 is enough to get you 50+fps on ultra settings on any game up to day on 1080

1)He asked for recommendations concerning the parts
2)He might have picked the descriptions from PcAndParts but he might be seeking a cheaper alternative store.

Thanks for telling them what i was thinking cause i noticed the 10%VAT on the parts so if i am getting a 1.8k$ PC without the other things like mouse and keyboard it would cost me a lot for the VAT.

First thing to do is replace the MSI motherboard with an ASUS one, ASUS have much better quality control and UEFI, something along the lines of Maximus VII Ranger or Hero is pretty good.

16GB of RAM are a waste of money in a pure gaming PC, 8 gigs are more than enough.

You overestimated the system's power usage by a metric fuckton, a 750W PSU is more than enough for a single-GPU and 850W if you intend to go SLI, hell if you don't intend to overclock you can go SLI with a 750W PSU.

Don't get Seagate! Seagates drives are the most likely to fail, get a 2TB Caviar Blue.

Get the EVGA 980 Ti, the MSI one uses a blower-cooler which doesn't cool shit, it's good in a small case but in a mid-tower go with the ACX2.0 as it'll allow you to overclock your card a lot better.

DON'T GET RAZER! Unless you support copying other companies' work, change the color scheme and claim you invented it. Get anything but Razer. SteelSeries, Corsair, Logitech, Zowie, HyperX, WASD Keyboards, Ducky Channel and Cooler Master are all better than Razer.
@Mom

Intel Haswell 4.0GHz Quad Core - i7-4790K 8M/LGA1150 (OK - If you Do not want to Overclock Go with the I7 4790 (the non K) and if you want to Overclock It is Recommended to get a water Cooled closed loop from Corsair like the H100i)

Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model HX324C11SRK2/16 (OK)

MSI Z97A GAMING 7 (DDR3) (Asus More Recommend if you do not want to SLI (which I do not recommend rather I stick with a single card power Go with the Asus z97 K and If you want to SLI go with either Asus z97 A or Asus MAXIMUS VII RANGER)

ThermalTake CA-1B3-00M1WN-00 Versa H22 mid-tower w/Window (OK) -Recommended to put an additional 120 cm from intake fan since this case comes with only one 120 cm rear fan - but I recommend to shift to another premium case since this case lacks pre-installed fans and filter mesh. For your build I recommend to go with ThermalTake VP200A1W2 Chaser A41 mid-tower chassis w/ window

Thermaltake PS-TPD-1000MPCG ToughPower Gold 1000W PSU (OK - You can drop it to 850W and seek the fully modular one which is a redesign

- http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00002130 / Some shops are selling this fully modular units in Lebanon / PC & Parts has the Old Design Modules

2TB ST2000DM001 7200RPM SATA III 64MB Seagate (Shift to WD more reliable)

512GB SSD Samsung (Go with the 850 Pro or another Alternative is the Crucial MX 512GB)

MSI GTX 980Ti 6GD5 V1 GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB DDR5 (For 1080p go with the MSI 970 Gaming it can OC to 1500Mhz - I tested it and after two years you can shift to Pascal from Nvidia , You can use DSR on 1080p that downscale higher resolution you need to tweak some graphics options on the 1080p)

LG 24MP56HQ Wide 23.8" LED IPS Full HD (OK)

Razer RZ03-01220100-R3M1 Blackwidow Chroma RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Chroma lighting) (OK)
Razer RZ04-01250100-R3M1 Kraken 7.1 Chroma USB Gaming Headset (Chroma lighting) (OK)
Razer RZ01-01230100-R3A1 Naga Epic Chroma Wireless Laser MMO Gaming Mouse. (OK)

Note: For Peripherals I would rather stay with A4Tech Bloody Edition (Like the B120 Key Board & ZL 5 Sniper Mouse) - Very Good Prices / Very Good for Gaming Enthusiastic and Lot of Options.

Get a Microsoft MS Wireless Controller and if you want a desktop sound speakers go with the Microlabs M200 Platinum 50W RMS 2.1 /Wireless Bluetooth.

Do not Forget at later stages to mod your internal case with a led strip that give your desktop better looks.
i would recommend the bloody series from A4TECH for the peripherals if you don't want to spend a premium on peripherals but still get quality and comfortable products.
