Advice on work/education in the US

My cousin is going to relocate to the US (green card holder), he has a master degree in physical chemistry from the lebanese university.

the thing is, his financial situation sucks. he needs to work to support himself, on the other hand he is interested in applying for financial aid to pursue a degree (maybe on the undergraduate level) in a MEDICAL related field since they are highly demanded in the US (LIke Medical Lab, Radiology, maybe some other labs).

Anyone has an idea if his degree will entitle him to study just some courses to get where he wants? or any other advice on this matter

He has to contact the different Universities he is seeking to attend. In order to know what his current MS degree would allow him to continue to study or if there are any equivalents.

He has to contact the different Universities he is seeking to attend. In order to know what his current MS degree would allow him to continue to study or if there are any equivalents.

He has contacted a few, they all required an evaluation report from WES before they can answer.
I am interested in having information from people who might encountered this. and about financial aid as well (age 32 years, I think this is a factor as well)
