Hello,

I am currently subscribed to terranet and I want to switch to Ogero, this means that I'll have to sit 1-2 months without internet and it will be really hard for me to do that, so I need a reliable (or semi-reliable) cable guy to fill these 2 months of no internet.
I live in the metn area, any suggestions?
Well it depends on what you mainly use your connection for, if you require low ping for gaming and such them I suggest you get a 3g dongle from wise or something they provide good pings but not much quota. If you're more of a download/stream guy that needs a lot of quota then you might want to see some local wifi provider or check out the new ISP called Connect maybe they can help.

@Elied, actually Connect provides also good pings, I know that from a friend who lives in Achrafieh, but it's not stable 24/7, for some odd reasons sometimes it decides to simply die mainly because of saturated air and so much interference (no they don't provide cable, only wireless).
Where I live is a bit far from achrafieh, will I still get good pings? (Below 120ms)
From my experience. all cable providers are liars and their pings are the worst. However, I heard Connect and Wise have a good connection that doesn't require landlines but I never tried them.
Do not hesitate to go for connect. Been using their service for 5 months, best decision ever made. Ping ~120ms and a stable 2mbps download.
Is their ping stable?
Last time I gave them a call they told me they still expanding their coverage, and maybe after 2 months it would be ready in north lebanon (where I live).

Yes never reached more than 150ms in gameplay.
