I have an i5-4440(1150 socket). I'm currently using the stock intel cooler which makes very whiney nosies and it gets very distracting sometimes. I'm looking for an aftermarket cooler under 40-50$ that is relatively silent. What do you guys suggest? (Keep in mind thst i will never overclock)

Edit: i want something available in Lebanon. I know there's coolers like the CM 212 evo but id rather not order from outside Lebanon.

- or if you want a more slim and subtle type cooler they also have the Thermaltake CLP0534 Slim X3 Low profile for LGA775 & LGA1156 $23.00 which is quite a bit louder ( you could always replace the fan with a quieter one)

don't worry, both work on lga1150 (1156/5/0 use the same cooler type)
