Hello all!
I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering in AUB (this is my second semester), and after some contemplation I decided that I might want to transfer to one of the following (ones that still accept applications for Fall 2015):
-Concordia University
-York University
-Queens University
In terms of quality of education and future (jobs, etc), should I stay in AUB or transfer (if yes, which)?
Thank you...

I've been accepted to both Queen's and York for an MBA program. These are excellent choices, maybe not as fancy as McGill and University of Toronto, but still one of the best in Canada. If you can speak french then go to Concordia, it's the most bang for the buck (as far as I know), but if you don't speak french, you'll have a difficult time living in Quebec. Queen's has a beautiful campus, I haven't been to York's though.
As for job prospects, a Canadian degree will outweigh any Lebanese degree hands down. Employers in the GCC pay way more for western expats as compared to Arab expats.
If you have a Canadian citizenship then you're good to go. But if you don't, you'll have to pay the international fees which are 5-10 times more than the tuition of a Canadian citizen. But don't lose hope just yet, by studying for at least 2 years at a Canadian post-secondary institution, you qualify for the Canadian experience class visa. Meaning; you will get a permanent residence card followed by the Canadian passport after 4 years.
