Does you motherboard show codes?
If yes, what code does it give?
If not, check if the windows is loading.
If it is, wait 3 mins then restart ( alt+ f4 then r then enter, try multiple times).
Next try to take output from the motherboard instead of the card. If you have output check with gpuz if you see your 7970.
If it doesnt load windows, try to put the card in another pcie slot. Check first if the power pins and inserted properly to the card.
This no signal issue used to happen on cold boot in most cases.
the card is lighting up and spinning fine , i can't check anything since it doesn't display anything and my monitor doesn't detect any signal.
the pcie light on my motherboard is red that's how i knew that there's something wrong with it.
i have no idea how to fix it or if it's fixable :/
