mmm.. you'll get lots of troubles shipping rechargeable Lithium batteries (Li-ion, Li-Fe, Li-Po)
UPS 7Ah Pb batteries are a better option, unless you wouldn't mind the hard way..
here's how to do it:
Step 1: Check the IATA Regulations here:
http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/dgr/Documents/lithium-battery-guidance-document-2015-en.pdf
Step 2: Contact the manufacturer and get all the details about the chemical contents of the battery and the percentage/weight of the lithium inside it and make sure it doesn't break IATA rules, or simply get a manufacturer certificate as a proof that it doesn't break any of IATA rules.
Step 3: If you pass steps 1 & 2, contact your carrier and tell them (with proof) that your battery doesn't break IATA rules and they should accept it.
Step 4: If you pass step 3, ask your carrier if they can provide the special packaging and lables required by IATA for extra cash.
Step 5: If you pass step 4 then you're ready to go, if not, use this trick:
* if you're using a special service for shipping such as Aramex S&S, find a seller far from your box that it's impossible for him to deliver your orders within 24 hours using ground shipping, then simply choose 1 day shipping and pay for it.
By doing so the seller will be forced to use air shipping and his carrier will use some special packaging and lables required by IATA.
Voila ! the package arrives to your S&S box ready for international shipping !
That's how i got my 8000mAh with 280 Amps of burst output Li-Po battery.
