I want to build a desktop which I will basically use for internet browsing, Accounting software, office applications, and some light photo adjustments (Adobe Lightroom)
My main concern is to have the latest technology within my budget which is around 800$.
I got a few offers:
Cooler Master Elite 350 RC-350 oR inwin ATX case 450 W
Core I5 - 4460 (6M Cache)
MSI H97 Motherboard or Asus H97 (or Gigabite for that matter)
8GB Ram kingstone
1TB WD HDD (or to replace it by 250GB SSD and add an existing HDD)
LG DVD RW
LG 22" HDMI Monitor
Any suggestions?

Are you not cosidering a light graphics card ? might help you with your Lightroom.
SSD option with HDD will give you a great performance boost for what you want to use your computer for
Other than that All is good.
You'll need a power supply unit as The cooler master elite 350 case doesn't have one included

what do you suggest as a light graphic card?
and do you have a recommendation for a mother board? (Asus or Gigabite or MSI)
Thank you

I don't think he will need a graphics card for these uses. The intel built in integrated graphics on the fourth gen cpu onward are quite good, and should be easily able to handle the requirements stated above, he can add a graphics card after the purchase if it proves that he needs one. I would also recommend an ssd for the os and browsers as it will speed up the pc considerably.
Also, the gtx 750 isn't it overkill?
