I'm expecting a mail (just a regular letter) from a friend in Finland. He had my full address details posted, unfortunately he forgot to mention my phone number. It should be here in 5-7 days (sent as "first class priority mail"). My problem is that I have no clue what company would be handing me the letter, mostly because they probably would never reach me in person (I live in a relatively crowded neighborhood).
So where should I be asking when it arrives? I thought it probably would be LibanPost? I have no clue. Help!

LibanPost of course.
Now I have no idea if letters have tracking numbers.
But ask your friend if it has, and if it does indeed.
Track it, and then when it arrives call Liban post and talk to them about it.
And if letters don't have tracking numbers, hmmm,
I have no idea.

No, letters don't have a tracking number. I asked my friend to make sure and said that it doesn't.
Anyway I'll check with LibanPost when it arrives.

letters do have tracking numbers, it depends what plan he sent it by, since you said it was sent with first class priority, then it should have a tracking system.
I once sent a priority mail with libanpost to germany and I tracked it as it traveled across france and whatever till it's arrival at the office
