It's like the war on marijuana. When you have millions who want your "illegal" product, and when it's hard to justify it but can only be explained by stupidity or monetary greed of the already rich and privileged, then it's not exactly the same. But they use the same techniques.
Weed is a plant, it will grow if you plant the seed. P2P, as well, is very easy get going.
I'm not sure where I'm getting at but I see many parallels, maybe there will be parallels in the outcome as well.

it's working fine for me, no registration required.
kat.ph is forwarding to kickass.to .. the site is healthy and updated .. @rtp no registration required :S

Also use thepiratebay.org for the recent piratebay "TPB is always better than KAT at least for me"
weird, i just tried it from work and its working! At home it required me to sign in and put my credit card!
