Hey
I have a website and I can't access it only when I am using my home ogero internet while other internet it works even the same laptop and I called GoDaddy and said it's related to the ISP so can ogero really do that? every time I call 1515 some say we will do a rest and some say it's not related to us and I am really lost
so any ideas about such issues?

I don't know if they would do such a thing but yes, they can. What is the website address?

Why don't we find out? Post the address and we'll find out who can access it. I use Ogero.

You can use monitor.us (free service) or similar and set up a ping and HTTP monitor on the website, which will periodically ping your website from selected locations (only 2 locations in the free version, and I don't think Lebanon is available) then you can see if it's from the ISP or not. If your monitor shows that the website was down then it's most probably from the hosting provider.
It will also send you an alert email if it detects that your website is down, which can be useful. I've set it up to monitor my web, database and mail servers so that I'm alerted by them instead of customers complaining that they can't access something.

what about the hosting service?
where is the server located?

GoDaddy biggest domain seller, but at same time most stupid one. I just don't suggest to use them, cause they often make such statements even without complete troubleshooting procedure.
If there is no court decision in Lebanon - then website wont be blocked, Ogero has no reasons to do that.

I remember a couple of websites that were blocked before... but now it seems everything is unblocked... but yes with a court order Ogero can block websites.
