After i switched to cyberia's internet i am having a really weird problem that wasn't happening before my whats'app keep losing it connection after i leave my phone for a while or sometimes suddenly it lose the connection i wasn't having this problem on my old cable connection any help will be appreciated.

I can confirm this , my cousin has Cyberia DSL and he is facing the same issue. Even when I am visiting him I suffer from whatsapp disconnecting and this only happens when I'm connected to his wifi and nowhere else. Any possible cause for this and solutions ?

enter the IP 192.168.1.254 into the address bar of a browser. Once you have entered this IP you will be taken into the web inteface of the Technicolour router.
click on Technicolour Gateway.
Once in the Techincolor Gateway, click on Configuration then click on configue. Configure is located at the top right of the screen.
Within the Confiure option under system Configuration. There is the option of Web Browsing Interception. By default this option is set to Automatic. Click on the drop down arrow and select 'Disable'.
Once this has been disabled, click on Apply.

I doubt it is the dlink router ( or repeater ) ch-b is connecting to the technicolor modem

So web browing interception fixed your whatsapp disconnecting problems?,I actually tried connecting directly to my modem and i still lose connection and i tried open whatsapp on the web from my cellphone it's not working in anyway i lose connection suddenly this problem is killing me.
I noticed it fixed it by 80% , it occurs far less frequently you don't notice it. But still something is wrong from Cyberia's end for sure. Some very good news !!!!! i fixed my problem with whats'app and now it's working 100% and no disconnecting and i was having also a problem with hangout calling . I called cyberia support and told them to change me to the gaming server and now everything is working right again even my hangout !
so it is a continuous stream issue like i said earlier .. good for you :)
Also on cyberia with same modem mentioned above and i have the same problem,everything else works fine.
