I was looking at graphic card in pcadparts and i found this gtx 760 for http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N760-TF-2GD5OC.html#hero-overview $276.00 and this asus gtx 760 http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX760DC2OC2GD5/ for $359.00 really? what's the difference?
Gtx 760.
Check the specs, the ASUS card might be clocked higher or have more RAM. It might also have better cooling. Or they might be exactly the same but priced differently.

why not wait for msi gtx 970 gaming, it has double the performance for the asus gtx 760 and it's only 70-90$ difference max ,also it is more power efficient,BELIEVE ME WAIT FOR IT! http://anandtech.com/bench/product/1355?vs=1038

There is no difference, it is just a matter of old stock and old prices while the MSI ones are new stock.
Remember the MSI GTX970 was for 395$ at pcandparts a month ago while the GTX 670 is for 500$ (And still), that's not because the 670 is better than the 970, its 2 generations behind, but its an old stock and they must drop the 670 prices soon in order to sell them.
