Hello!
I have a 40F6400 Smart TV (40'' 3D) since last summer, I actually find it amazing for everything (PC Gaming, 3D movies and games, Bluray...) specially now with the Nvidia DSR.
But I have weird bug and dunno if it's a bug or a sort of fail safe but I noticed that when using PC (over HDMI) some resolutions and/or Hz will make the TV totally black and unresponsive for 30sec then restart and work like nothing happened.
Tomb Raider game has itself a bug that make the 3D settings (for 3D glasses) go too low or too high when enabling 3D that will make the same bug on the TV.
So is it a fail safe or a bug(defect)?
If it's a defect how can I claim a warranty repair (or hopefully a total swap) if it's something happening only with PC? You know how are Lebanese warranty: if you can't repeat the problem in front of them it means it's a perfect set.
Also I bought from AbedTahan, if let's say they can't repair the TV because they don't have the know how, will AbedTahan swap it with another Samsung model directly from CTC (they don't have this model anymore) or they would give me the choice to take another TV from another brand? like upgrading the size to 46'' or 4K and pay a difference ;)
If it's a fail safe then I will shut my mouth and enjoy this superb TV
