  • Water cooling tank cracked after 5 days

i just bought the thermaltake bigwater 760 pro a week ago and installed it very very carefully.

today i noticed my pipes have a big hole of air in it ( i monitor the water cooling everyday for the first 2 weeks ) then i thought maybe the water is missing from the tank for some reason and for my surprise i saw the reservoir just cracked in middle.

The case hasn't moved a single bit, my wife never even comes near my computer, nobody else is in the house.. it just out of the blue cracked just in the middle. i removed it very carefully and now i'm lost in what to do since i cant just go and say hey the screen is cracked replace it for me.

i guess it was a mistake to buy thermaltake i will go for the corsair h100i if they don't replace my thermaltake

HI, i had the same problem with Thermaltake Liquid Cooling CLW0220, suddenly the front screen is broken and the liquid went down on the HDDS - I called my hardware vendor and told them about that issue, they were so nice and professional that they exchanged the broken part by a new one without any additional fees, but they insisted that their technician install the new one.
i guess maybe it was a faulty cooling or i misplaced the screws and i broke it - till now i didn't understand what really happened
I will try to talk to my vendor but i doubt they would exchange it

there is no re seller.. but new vision in jal el dib is selling a lot of corsair products
I told you hundreds of times to avoid Thermaltake. Next time listen to my advice.
Yeah, you're right.. anyway it's under warranty
i'm buying the corsair h100i what do you think ?
