Hi guys, I have my router and modem linked to a sine wave ups so that the internet doesn't disconnect when the electricity goes on and off. Unfortunately, although they are not turning off, my internet is still restarting whenever it's happening. I have an adsl from ogero. Could the line connected to the phone be the problem ?
Thanks,
Ryan

No your ups is flawed .
Phone lines don't take their power from your electricity

maybe the output of the UPS is not stable, check cycle and voltage stability.

Hi guys, no it's not the ups it's a cyberpower sinewave ups, it has a test button when you click on it (control) it tests in ups mode, I tried it several times and nothing happened. but when the electricity switches my internet resets... this is annoying while playing games since internet cuts off every now and then.

You can try another AC adapter for the router and modem, some times they get weak output voltage due to faulty resistors/capacitors.
