I have had this Tp link modem for almost 2 years and lately i have noticed it disconnecting frequently and randomly for a certain period of the day (11am till 6 pm___ no idea why). My SNR margin downstream upstream adre good (above 20). Is it a hardware issue? Should i get a new one?
these are the logs:

do you hear any crackle or noises when you talk on the phone ?

Try a different router , it is either a modem or line issue ...
I don't think this is a modulation issue

I had this issue , turns out it is not the router/modem fault .
The phone and modem filter were bad , so be sure to install or renew the filters on both your phones ( all of them) and your modem (required).
In addition some phones causes more interference than others, you might try stuff around , i switched my room phone to a basic phone and stuff improved.

Please any more suggestions? should i change my phone line, my phone or the modem? I have been facing this problem for more than a month (not everyday) and again it always stops at 6 pm.

What is your upstream snr margin?
anthonyf96
down: 22.6
up: 19.2
which means that they are causing the problem

No they are good. Try step by step, change first the filters and the cords (cable from line jack to modem) since they are cheap. If the problem persists, try removing your phone and test. Then if all fails, if you can borrow or test using a new modem.
