Hey there! I broke my 4S screen , it's still functional but it's way too fractured. Does anybody know where I can replace this screen somewhere in Lebanon and how much will it probably cost? Thanks!
hey dude, if your phone is the white model i have a screen for it + the necessary tools to do the change screen procedure.

All you need to do is follow the steps on a youtube video and you're set.
The retina LCD, digitizer and glass come together for the iPhone 4, and the procedure is not exactly simple nor short (judging from the youtube videos), plus the screws are of a special shape. Nevertheless, there are cheap sets which are sold online and which include all the tools, or you can go have it replaced in most shops, often on the spot (it will take up to one hour, though) and it must cost less than $40 - which is surprising, given all what I said above.
@Rolf I've done the procedure for the regular iPhone 4 it was pretty simple if you make sure to follow ALL the steps and have the patience.

I'm not sure about the 4S since I bought the screen for a friend and he just changed it at a phone shop instead of waiting for the shipment to arrive.

Cheap sets at aliexpress are for 8$, if OP has the white version + patience he can skip the waiting time.
$8 including the lcd screen? How can that be?

Not the digitizer , only the outer screen

How can I know if it needs the digitizer or the screen only? I will go for the shop option but I don't want to get ripped off...

is it fully functional (both touch and screen work)? if so you only need the outer glass, not the digitzer.

Thanks for the info!

But what if the store owner insists on ripping me off with 45$ , is it easy to repair my screen myself? the touch is fully functional.
if you can see everything on the screen and the touch is normal then it is only the outer glass .
you only need a heat gun ( a hair dryer can work ) and some guitar picks ( extremely thin ) and a bit of glue .
