I was searching online for a local computer components store and I found this website: gear-up.me
I searched the forums and didn't find anything about it, so I wanted to share and ask if anyone had any experience with the website.

how it is local? local means it's here in lebanon, but this is based in UAE!

I didn't say it's local. I said I was searching for a local store. I know that pcandparts is the best and I buy everything form them. But gear-up.me has a lot more products to offer and the price + shipping for some items are cheaper than Amazon + Aramex or Borderlinks.

okay, sorry for the misunderstanding, btw the PO box you get in UAE from shopandship did you try it?

No worries. I have never used my Dubai address, I only use the one in NY. After doing some calculations, I found that shipping directly from Gear-up is cheaper than shipping to my Aramex address in Dubai. Aramex will calculate only shipping fees then they always add like 11,000 L.L to the invoice as handling. Gear-up calculates shipping+handling and the rates are cheaper than Aramex's shipping w/o handling.

My dad currently works in dubai so when i was looking to build my rig i got all the parts from there and he bought them with him cause he travels often and i can tell you its some grade A stuff and they are very helpful when you email them , not to mention they have things that pcandparts dont...even cheaper like corsair h100i for 126$ vs the 188$ from pc and parts ( without tax) not saying pcandparts sucks or anything xD but since i have this available to me its amazing and can vouch for them..even getting a corsair 760t graphite from them this summer
