I am a bit. I bought an html 5 game engine called Impact js and tried to do games. I was able to make modest things but nothing worth selling or putting online...(side scroller that throws diet pepsi cans... it was nice)
There are plenty of free engines and libraries out there. Depending on what your project is and how big it is they might be enough.
I think the topic is a better fit for the programming section.

Thank you guys for the info, the project contains small games for kids to improve arabic language
if anybody have the time and willing to participate
it is paid job but the time margin is narrow
