NuclearVision wrote@m_zeid tarek suggested that he could use ddns to solve the problem, I meant that using ddns with public ip won't change the fact that you cannot access a public ip. Real ip( an ip assigned to only one user) even if dynamic, combined with a ddns should do the thing:
@ali no no u don't need a static ip, actually combining ddns with static ip, is non-sense, unless if you care for the name which I think is not the problem we are discussing.
Correct me if I'm wrong

OK this was a misunderstanding between us, i believe that IP addresses are two types: Public or Private.
the difference is that private IP address can't be routed, while we can route a Public address.
As IPv4 address are becoming less and less available since it's range is limited compared to hosts worldwide, ISPs like idm will use some tricks like using a NAT.
NAT will make one public IP address available for multi users with Private addresses.
So Public addresses can be used in two way, one address to be used with your host or your home, or ISP can use a NAT to share this address with many homes.
So when I said he doesn't have a public ip address i meant a unique one for him, in your words real IP.
Actually this is the first time I hear the term "real address", and was a little vague to me.
