Hello!
I was going to buy a Crucial M series SSD of 240GB to put windows and photo/video softwares (Corel PSP X7...).
Though my motherboard is limited to 3gb/s for SATA and don't want to upgrade my PC before September (CPU,mobo,Rams).
Also I noticed a good drop in price for SSD since last year so I dunno if it's better to wait 2-3 months to get a faster or more capacity SSD drive for the same price (150$)?

expect to spend about 75 cents per gigabyte (GB) on an SSD in 2014, you will have to wait more than 2-3 months ..

My plan is to get a ''small'' SSD now (240GB) to have faster Windows, photo editing and video authoring softwares, perhaps one or 2 heavy games to gain speed.
And later when the 1 Terra SSD will be much cheaper in 2-3 years I will finally get one for all kind of files.
I have a 1T HDD and an old 250gb HDD (pretty noisy and slow), dunno if I replace the 250gb by the SSD 240gb or keep both...

256 GB SSD are not considered small , it is the most sold now ...
get a small 128 GB SSD , it should be enough for OS and 2 games and keep your 1 TB HDD for storage and archiving
