I am looking for an audio/video to hdmi converter
something like this :
AV converter

not a switch or kvm , just a simple converter , my tv has no a/v ports , only hdmi

where can I find this in Lebanon ?

do you think it will work from a a/v decoder ( canal+ ) to HDMI TV .. there is not HD decoder in my region
Your tv will read the resolution that it is input. You don't need an hd decoder for normal channel incl canal + so I guess it should be working.
But man that adapter is ridiculously expensive I remember getting my hd receiver for 50000lbp last month.
It decodes normal and hd channels with USB input, Hdmi out and recording feature it is starsat branded.

this is the only one I could find honestly .. I am in congo .. I need to connect an a/v decoder into an hdmi port of the TV .
I don't mind paying the extra 30$ if it works
why dont you buy it from dx.com ?
I just checked and the adapted is available from aliexpress.com for 30$
I wonder sometimes why prices are so high, chinese stuff conquer our market and local traders profit triple the price!
