Helping the syrian refugees

Hello,

As you know, there are many Syrian refugee in Lebanon

It looks like they could use any help or donation, including cloths, blankets...

Any idea on a safe and reliable (ie: donations will not end up somewhere else) way of getting donations through to them?
And is anyone else here interested in donating?
