Hi guys,
Has anyone used these?

Do they need a prescription from a Dr to allow purchase? Do the lenses vary from one patient to the other?

Where can I find them in Lebanon, and what's the expected price?

Been having too much eye strain which is causing me headaches since I stare at a computer screen for a long time per day!

Thanks in advance
I was going to buy Gunnars, until I found f.lux http://justgetflux.com/ (I set to 3400k during day and 2700k for night). Also lower your screen brightness. After getting used to f.lux, eye strain will become thing of the past.
I can't recommend them enough.
No you don't need doctor prescription.
I had the same issue and got myself the eye glasses and I can say its extremely effect.
The eye strain will go away completely!

I simply went to an eye glass shop and told them I need an anti-reflective and anti-glare eye glasses.
He prepared one in like 10 minutes and vwala!

I think they cost me like 50,000 L.L definitely worth it!

f.lux is the first thing I install on my machine. It's even on my smartphone and tablet.
However, I don't recommend setting warm temperatures during the day. Flux operates on the principal that blue light inhibits melatonin secretion. Melatonin is a hormone which regulates your circadian rhythm. Flux filters out blue light, which is a good thing during the night, because you want melatonin to be secreted. However, some studies indicate that blue wavelengths (which warm temperatures on flux filter out) is good for you during the day, because they boost attention, reaction times, and mood.

Thanks for the info. My office is brightly lit by daylight during day through balcony, but I'll try to set cooler temperature during day.
I use Lux on my android as well, which is great for reading manga every night :]
