Lye and Muriatic Acid

I'm looking to buy some "Lye" (Sodium Hydroxide) and "Muriatic Acid" solution (Hydrochloric acid), Where can I find these in Lebanon? Any specific hardware store I can check out? Thanks all.

Hydrochloric acid + Sodium hydroxide ===> Sodium chloride + water

HCl + NaOH ===> NaCal + H2O

get table salt from the market it is easier and cheaper ... hehe
