Xbox 360 Slim Red Ring of Death - Where to Fix?

So I got Red Ring of Death on my Xbox 360 Slim Edition without doing anything illegal.
The error code is E82, I tried unplugging cables and connecting them again. It works every now and then.
Any idea where can I fix the console? Microsoft support ambassadors told me to contact Microsoft Lebanon, but I don't think they offer Xbox repairs.

I thought the RROD was a thing of past and only occurred in the earlier fat ones

The screen gives me Error Page: E82 Contact Support...
