DNA wroteno there isn't any incompatibility and all packets are forwarded to the gateway router with your setup, are you sure you only have the router or main access point acting as DHCP server?
Not totally, but there must be one if IP settings are normally on "automatic" (and I am not ending up with an auto-negociated IP starting with 169 or something).
Oh wait I thought you were asking me if I was sure that I had a DHCP server on the main AP.
I did disable the DHCP server on the WDS bridge/relay AP.

I tried that already, I did think that there was a conflict, but it did not work until I manually assigned the IP and gateway on my computer.
I'll look into it again tomorrow and double-check these things... I spent 2 hours to get it to work today, and just want to take advantage of it a little now :)
