for me ping to cyberia's router is 12~13 ms

i think its like you're not connected directly to the dsl many things can vary with the ping
14 days later
I contacted cyberia with a hard language and talked about my ping. i said it's been 600ms (and it's 1200ms while i'm writing this post) then i got a reply to download a file from their website and run it and then send the txt file that the batch file creates and this is what's inside the txt.

I think it's a problem from your re-seller , did you tell them that you aren't connected directly to dsl ?
why, in the traceroute, the first hop is in the 200 ms. Can you ping your home router using
ping -t 192.168.46.1

It is highly likely the issue is from your side because of the unstable ping. Usually high latency from ISP still give stable ping.

Internet blackout at cyberia now :/

EDIT : back to normal
6 months later
Anyone got his quota to finish too early?

All my friends are subscribed to Cyberia, but their internet finished at the ~15 of each month, and they are obligated to use Extra Traffic. So am I and I've got 2M as they have 1M.
I am subscribed to 2M and I do not buy extra traffic , sometimes I get out of quota in the last couple days and i do download alot during daytime
I ALWAYS need extra traffic, things are getting fishy. Net limiter would be mostly useless due to the use of multiple devices.

Yeah same here, I add about 6-7 extra traffics per month.

Is there any way I can link some kind of tracer to my router to check how much data is being consumed (in/out)? I have a feeling I'm getting ripped, so are my friends.
The only thing I could think of was getting a router with these features built in. But I can't get a new router now. I'll look for some software solutions but i doubt i will find any.
Edit: Discovered android has built in consumption meter. So i will have to use netlimiter then add all the traffic from all the devices. Its tedious! Can you do it instead?

yes I called them and they said the plans will be released and every one will probably be automatically assigned to a specific plan which he can change later if he wants.
He told me my line can have 8 mb so I will be getting this package
They are tripling the speed or just doubling it?

If you mean which plan will be automatically selected then I don't know but it will be based on the plan you have now and how much you are paying.
