Where to buy Physical Silver or Gold bars ?

If I want to buy a silver or a gold bar (bullion) where should I go ?
The usual jewellery shops I know only sell design items.

So, you want to buy a block of gold basically? Ask jewelers who make them, they probably can get you some.
