I didn't know that it was even possible, but apparently it is :)
Of course, it is technically possible, but I thought - maybe safeguards would be built into most DNS servers and browsers.

And yes, opening
http://facebookk.com in your browser will bring up your localhost web server, if you have any running (most web developers or geeks do).
I'm dumbfounded and amused at the same time.
PS: wondering if this is not part of a man-in-the-middle attack scheme.
