I was thinking of buying the Y510P SLI which will cost about 1200$ i'll be saving more than 800$ so it's a dilemma.

Shipping from the USA was never a pain in the ass. Many people always ship items and if you correct the item types (if using Borderlinx) you will get 0% customs here, only taxes. The items arrive typically in a week, down to 4 days and up to 1.5 weeks usually.
A desktop that you can build for around $1200 (not including the screen) will get you more than double the graphical performance of that laptop without the heat issues or SLi scaling issues (which does not scale 100%) and offer you upgradeability.
Only get a laptop if you want portability over all else.
