Nokia 5130 Xpress Music has Edge capability. There was a guy using the internet on it. Anybody knows the Touch settings for it? They are not mentioned on Touch's website.

They're all the same. Choose any phone from the website and the settings can be used. They're quite universal with any phone.
There is no place to put 3G settings, so what else is there?
